Cancellation & Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as e-books, online courses, software, or downloadable files), the following policy applies:

1. Cancellation Before Payment

  • Customers may cancel their order before completing payment without any financial obligations.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Once payment is completed and the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • This ensures protection of intellectual property and prevents misuse of content.

3. Exceptional Cases

  • If a technical issue prevents the customer from accessing the purchased digital product, they may contact us for assistance or request a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases and will be processed using the same payment method used at purchase.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Web Design and AI Agent Services

Thank you for choosing our services. Since we provide customized professional services (such as website design and development of AI agents), our cancellation and refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Cancellation Before Project Start

  • Clients may cancel their order before the actual work begins and receive a full refund.
  • Once work has started, an administrative/operational fee of 20% of the contract value will be deducted.

2. Cancellation After Project Start

  • If the project has already begun, refunds will be calculated based on the remaining amount after deducting the value of completed hours or project phases.
  • No refunds will be issued once more than 70% of the project has been completed.

3. Completed Projects

  • Once the project is fully delivered (whether a website or an AI agent), it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • A support period (as agreed) will be provided to fix any technical issues directly related to the delivery.

4. Special Cases

  • If we are unable to provide the agreed service for any reason on our side, the client will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Any changes requested by the client that fall outside the original agreement will be considered additional services and charged separately.
